Crappy Customer Story: 3rd Time's the Charm (Part 3 of 3) Let me just start off by saying please do not file a charge back if a purchase is not actually fraudulent. It hurts small businesses and in the end you'll most likely have to pay it back anyways. Here's a story of what I'm dealing with now because a customer purchased an item with an intent to alter it, and when she brought it to a seamstress and realized it couldn't be done, she wanted her money back. I tried to work with her, but then her story changed.. And I still tried to get her a refund. Now she's lying to her bank, stole my dress I worked over 30 hours on and took $540 out of my pocket. This just sucks 🫤. Not the best way to start off a marriage in my opinion 🙄 Also yes I filed a dispute and sent them screenshots of the whole ordeal. Hopefully it lands in my favor but it's hard to convince banks that just want to see their clients happy. #Customer #storytime #crappycustomer #wedding #weddingdress #chargeback #vintage #part3 #partthree #stolen #vintageweddingdress #lie #lying #refund #ruined #experience #sad
