Gazpacho Ingredients - 500g raw tomatoes. - a small red onion - I medium cucumber, peeled - tatashe/red bell pepper - 1 clove of garlic - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1 and half teaspoons salt - 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar (sherry vinegar/acv) Chop everything roughly then blend the tomatoes, onion, tatashe and garlic till smooth, a whole 2 minutes.
