miffy/nijntje mini strawberry hand pies! ⋆⭒˚🍓｡⋆ recipe adapted from renees.food on IG 🤍 dough: - 1 1/2 cups flour - 1/3 cup oil - 2-3 tbsps honey - 1-3 tbsps water filling: - strawberries (i used frozen but i recommend you use fresh!) - 1 tsp honey - 1 tsp cornstarch 1. mix dough ingredients until combined. add more wet ingredients (water and oil) if it the dough is too dry. i also kneaded mine a little to form it together 2. roll out dough and cut out shapes 3. transfer cut-out dough to a baking pan, add strawberry filling on top, and add top layer 4. cut slits on the top of the hand pies (i forgot to but it was ok 😗) and crimp to close filling 5. optional: add egg wash on top (egg + water) 6. bake at 350°F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown #miffy #miffyandfriends #nijntje #handpies #strawberry #recipe #baking #dessert #baketok

make valentine’s miffy/nijntje cookies with me! 🐰🤍 recipe: - 1 cup butter room temperature - 3/4 cup powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 2 tbsps milk - 2 cups flour - red food coloring or freeze dried strawberry powder 1. whisk room temp butter with powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk 2. once combined, add flour and mix. take out a portion of the cookie dough and dye with red food coloring (or you can use freeze dried strawberry powder like i did!) 3. transfer to piping bag and pipe into shapes (optional: put baking tray with piped cookies in fridge or freezer to chill). if the batter is too thick, add a little more milk until it is a pipeable consistency 4. bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes 5. add faces with melted chocolate :) this recipe was adapted from gluesticks blog’s danish butter cookies recipe :) #miffy #miffyandfriends #nijntje #valentinesday #valentine #baking #cutebaking #baketok #dessert

miffy/nijntje cream puffs (inspired by pinterest)!! 🐇🤍 craquelin topping ingredients: - 3 1/2 tbsp softened unsalted butter - 6 1/2 tbsp flour - 4 tbsps sugar 1. beat softened butter with sugar 2. add flour, and mix until it forms a dough 3. transfer onto parchment paper and roll out into a flat layer 4. chill/freeze the cookie dough until cold 5. once chilled, cut circle rounds and return to freezer until it will be used choux pastry ingredients: - 4 tbsps unsalted butter - 1/2 cup water - 1/2 cup flour - 2 eggs 1. heat butter and water in a saucepan until the butter has melted 2. add flour to saucepan and mix until the flour forms a ball 3. cool flour mixture for a little before stirring in the two eggs, one at a time 4. once mixture is combined, transfer the choux batter to a pastry bag and pipe onto a baking sheet 5. add craquelin rounds on top of each piped choux 6. bake for 40 mins at 375°F 7. once the shells have cooled, fill with whipped cream (i used coconut cream and powdered sugar!) #cutebaking #baking #miffy #nijntje #miffyandfriends #creampuffs #chouxaucraquelin #dessert #baketok
