Here's what l'Il tell myself if I was just starting my fitness journey like 3yrs ago today. 1. Prioritize your nutrition! I can not stress enough how important one's nutrition is essential to whatever their fitness or body goals is. You want to lose weight, gain weight, build muscle and get strong is all brought down to dieting. 2. Leave unnecessary cardio than I did encourage myself to lift heavy, I would push myself every week to progressive overload. 3. Find a workout plan and stick to it. Stop changing your workout routine every week instead find one workout plan and over load my weight every other week 4.
