There are 78 days til summer and I think I want to do 75 soft again. 75 Soft has been life-changing for me, lowkey. I’ve used it to build my appetite, heal my disordered eating habits, establish a routine and have enough energy for vlogs like this, which used to exhaust the hell out of me. Now I’m going in with the goal of discipline and becoming THAT girl (aka the woman I want to be). About this day in the life / what I eat in a day… Breakfast: This jalapeño cheddar sausage is NUTS, it’s so freaking good so I cooked it up in a little breakfast wrap with onions and peppers (the frozen bags of chopped onions and peppers are life-savers), eggs and cheese on a carb counter wrap. I went for a light glute day before heading to the pottery studio. I’m actually so obsessed with ceramics, I go to the studio like 4x a week. It’s really the first time I’ve challenged myself in a LONG time. I stopped at the farmers market on the way home before… Dinner: Scallops and garlic-roasted asparagus with lemon, chives and pecorino Romano.
