If you grill one meal this summer, make it THIS ONE! You’ll never be able to eat fajitas any other way. They’re THAT good! 🫑🌶️🥑 ✨Fajita Kabobs✨ - 1 white onion (cut into 1 in pieces) - 1 red pepper (cut into 1 in pieces) - 1 green pepper (cut into 1 in pieces) - Avocado oil (or any cooking oil) - Chicken breasts (cut into 1 in pieces) - 1 lime - 2 Tbsp fajita seasoning (or one packet) - Skewers - Toppings (guacamole, cheese, sour cream, etc) Add cut veggies to bowl. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. In another bowl add chicken, lime juice, and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes. Assemble skewers. Preheat grill and oil grate. Grill kabobs for about 5-6 minutes on each side (chicken won’t stick once it’s cooked).
