Here are 5 things you won’t find in my kitchen Part 1 1. Sodas 2. White flour 3. Dairy 4. White refined sugar 5. Canola oil, “Vegetable” oil Sodas are filled with High Fructose Corn Syrup, Artificial flavors, Food Colors and Sugar. This is a straight up recipe for diabetes and anxiety! White flour goes through a process causing it to have little to no nutritional value. Plus, it can quickly spike glucose levels and cause inflammation. 3. Dairy. I mean come on now? Go drink a glass of whole milk and tell me how you feel? Dairy causes excess mucus which weakens immune system, flares up allergies, causes digestive issues and more. Studies show that over 75% of African Americans are lactose and tolerant. Dairy is also known to raise cholesterol and blood glucose levels. 4. White sugar feeds cancer cells, parasites, causes inflammation, raises blood glucose levels and more. There are just way too many substitutes for white sugar to still be in anyone’s kitchen. 5. Canola oil is known to cause inflammation. It contains Erucic acid. Erucic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid found in significant amounts in rapeseed oil, from which canola oil is derived. Rapeseed oil was b@nn3d in 1956 due to the high amounts of EU. So now, canola oil is available but it still contains EU. Canola oil is known to cause inflammation throughout the body, increase chances of developing diseases, disrupts cognitive function and more. In conclusion, there are so many substitutes to the foods most of us grew up knowing. These are some of the nutritional changes I made to reverse my PCOS, IBS, infertility, HBP and to lower my A1c.
