Meal prep SAHM lunch for this week 👌🏻 The meals I make have to be quick, easy, and delicious. In this new series, I’m sharing all the recipes I’ve found that are those three things and help make meal prep run smoothly and make our busy weekdays easier to manage. -brats -sauerkraut -baby gold potatoes, halved -salt -pepper -garlic powder -onion powder -paprika -sauce of choice (typically a favorite mustard but I think it’s best if you also add ketchup & mayo) Prick brats a few times witha fork before cooking. In the air fryer, cook brats at 350 degrees for 6 mins. Turn and cook an additional 3 mins. Set brats aside. Wash and cut potatoes in half. Spray them with some cooking spray and season with your favorite seasonings. Air fry at 400 degrees fir 15 mins. Check tenderness with a fork and cook longer, if necessary. No need to heat up the sauerkraut before storing in thr fridge but be sure to heat it up with the brats and potatoes before eating.
