Have you addressed envelopes with the Cricut pen feature and struggled to line up the text? If so, I have a great hack for you! In Cricut Design Space, go to shapes, grab a square, and make it the size of your envelope. Keep the shape a cut image. With your addresses typed with a writing font, line them up where you want them on the envelope, then attach them to your rectangle. On the make-it screen, bring the rectangle one inch down and one inch over. It will ask you to select a material setting. I select a random one since I won’t actually be cutting anything out. Place the envelope one inch down and one inch over on the mat. Then take the fine-point blade out of the machine and add the Cricut pen. The Cricut will draw with the Cricut pen. Once that’s done, the Cricut machine will be tricked into cutting out the rectangle, but without the blade, it isn’t actually cutting. By doing this, the Cricut will line up your addresses exactly where you want them on the envelope. I hope that is helpful.
