It took 6 times to film the “serious” clip because I couldn’t stop laughing. I don’t think many people know this about me… I dance at least a few times every time I’m outside recreating by myself. And despite what many may think, I love me a slow pace , and it’s often what I do when alone (and you may be thinking, “mellow” is relative, and you are right 😂) The truth is, I got faster, stronger, and healthier as a mountain athlete the more I trained mellow. I think they say something like, train your slow pace 80% of the time, go hard 20%… and you’ll be your strongest and healthiest on race day.
