REGAIN YOUR CONFIDENCE ↓ for most of my life i was a very insecure person. always feeling like i had to hide certain parts of my body because i let my insecurities consume me. it’s true when they say “fake it until you make it”, pretending to be confident overtime helps you learn to naturally become more confident. if you sit and dwell in your insecurities, you’ll never learn how to grow and overcome them. so here’s what has worked for me… i find an insecurity or two that i can’t change, for example: my nose and my teeth. since i’ve been used to hiding these parts of my face for so long, i was never able to overcome these silly insecurities. i challenged myself to slowly start showing off these parts of my face to get more comfortable with other people seeing them. i then realized that no one cares. everyone is already too wrapped up in their own minds to stop and fully analyze/pick apart your body the same way that you do. however, something that someone CAN notice is a sense of confidence, or lack there of. this is where “fake it until you make it” comes back into play, the way that you carry yourself is key. if you consistently work on getting comfortable with your insecurities while also practicing your confidence, overtime you’ll naturally become that confident person. i’ve made SO much progress over the past 2 years but dont get me wrong… i still struggle with insecurities! a part of me didn’t even want to post this video because of it BUT i am continuing to put myself out there and faking it until i make it 🫡💅🏼 drinking @RYSE FUEL @RYSE Supplements code ANNABEL to save 15% 💙 #gymtok #gymmotivation #gymedit #fitness #confidence #gymgirls #girlsoftiktok #gymshark #ryse
