THE BEST CHICKEN BREAST EVER 🥵 This is the reverse sear method & i like it a lot 1. Salt your chicken and add to the fridge uncovered for at least 20 mins 2. Add to the oven at 150 for about 20 mins (can go lower and slower, we just want internal temp to reach around 70c) 3.take it out and leave to rest whilst you get a pan ripping hot 4. Get it browned on both sides for a few mins, then add butter, garlic, thyme & rosemary and baste those breasts!!! 5. Take them out and leave to rest for 5 mins, let everything relax 6. Add diced onions and garlic to the pan with the butter, then deglaze the pan with some vinegar (i used apple cider), reduce that right down & finish with cream & parmesan 8.
