Pelvic floor + deep core exercises 👏🏼 I focused on pelvic floor after my first baby…after educating myself on Diastasis recti (abdominal separation). I did them throughout my 2nd pregnancy… & I still do them, especially now, 9 weeks postpartum. Yes lifting & cardio helps, but these are what really helped me maintain core strength. On top of just engaging my core with day to day activities. (Holding the baby, bending over to pick something up, walking, etc) As always, make sure you’re cleared by your doctor to perform these as everyone/every case is different, but this is what has helped me & healed me without causing more separation.
