This way is so much better than the dried up version 🔥 Buldak Soup Noodles: * Make 200ml of chicken stock. * Boil 1 pack of Samyang Buldak Carbonara noodles in some boiling water, once soft & can untangle from the block then add 100ml chicken stock. * To a bowl, add the carbonara sachets - sauce & powder. Add 1 egg yolk & 1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise. Mix well until it forms a paste, then add in the remaining 100ml chicken stock. Mix well. * Once the noodles are cooked, add it to the sauce mixture. Mix well. * Top with chopped coriander or spring onion, & some chilli oil.
