Buffalo Chicken 🍗 Day 6 we are adding some spice!! This was defffff the highest requested wrap so you guys BETTER enjoy it!! Ingredients: * 1 large banderita carb counter wrap * 2 light laughing cow cheese wedges Toppings: * Lettuce, tomato, red onion, chopped pickles (just trust) For the sauce: * 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt * Hot sauce of your choice as much as you can handle * 2 tbsp pickle juice For the best air fried chicken!! * 5 oz chicken breast * 1 egg * 1/2 cup panko * Salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika Method: How to make the perfect chicken! 1. In a bowl combine panko, with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl crack and whisk an egg 2. Pat your chicken dry, butterfly it and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika. 3. First drench your chicken in the egg wash and then throughly coat in the panko 4. Add your chicken to your air fryer, spray the top with cooking spray and fry at 390 for 8 mins on each side! For the sauce: 1. Just add everything together and taste to your liking :) Time to assemble: 1. First up, spread two laughing cow cheeses on your tortilla and then in this order, chicken, sauce, tomato, chopped pickles, red onion, lettuce, more sauce. 2. Tuck and roll! 3.
