Chicken Steam Roast Ingredients; Chicken: 1.2 kgs Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tbsp Lemon juice: 2 tbsp Salt: 1 tbsp Yogurt: 1 cup Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp Yellow food colour: 1/8 tsp Red chilli powder: 1 tsp Garam masala: 1 tsp Cumin powder: 1 tsp Coriander powder: 1 tsp Turmeric: 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Water for steam Take chicken pieces, rub salt and leave for 30 minutes , after strain and dry completely. In a pan, heat up oil, and fry the chicken on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until slightly brown. After cool down completely. In a bowl, add whisked yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin , coriander powder, ,garam masala, turmeric, food colour, squeeze fresh lemon mix and add the Chicken and set aside for 2 hours. In a pot add water and put the steamer on top, place marinated chicken.
