These soft, garlicky breadsticks are one of my kids’ favorite side dishes—they absolutely LOVE when I make them! These were the first bread I baked when I was learning, and I remember being so proud of how they turned out. I don’t usually let the dough rise for these, but you can if you prefer. I’ve listed the supplies I used on my Amazon storefront, and you can find the link in my profile. Let me know if you have any questions! Ingredients: 2 Tbsp yeast 2 1/2 cups warm water 2 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp oil 1 Tbsp salt 6 cups flour 1/2 cup melted butter Instructions: 1. Prepare the Dough: • In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. • Add sugar and let it sit for a few minutes until the mixture becomes frothy. • Stir in the oil, salt, and flour to form a soft dough. 2. Knead: • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. 3. Shape the Dough: • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into your desired shapes (e.g., breadsticks, rolls). 4. Season: • Brush the cut dough shapes with melted butter. • Sprinkle with garlic bread seasoning for added flavor. 5. Bake: • Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 22 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. These would be perfect to serve with pasta, soup, or as a snack on their own! #HomemadeBread #GarlicBread #Breadsticks #FreshBaked #BakingAtHome #ComfortFood #BreadLover #EasyRecipes #BakingLove #InstaFood #Foodie #SimpleCooking #Foodstagram #Yummy #RecipeOfTheDay #DeliciouslyBold #BreadBaking #QuickRecipes #BakingJoy
