How to fix skinny-fat🙃 “Skinny-fat” is confusing? Because the more weight you try and lose, the worse the problem seems to get? That’s usually because people are trying to solve the wrong problem💡 The problem most people *think* they need to solve is having too much body fat. They try and solve this by: - adding endless cardio - and restricting food more and more But that’s only going to make the problem worse Because “skinny-fat” doesn’t usually come from not having too much body fat, it comes from not having enough *muscle* underneath our fat to give us any shape or definition.
