It adds a nice texture and flavour to the cake. The sponge cake was doused in a coffee and nut liquor mixture. Taste 8.5/10 Visuals 7.5/10 The visuals could have been better. The room was a bit too hot, which made it tricky for the red velvet cocoa butter to stop melting. The roses were lovely, but some could have been better executed. The mirror glaze could have also been a touch more red. Overall, classy and beautiful. Recipe? I will post the full recipe on my site. Unfortunately, I don't have enough space to describe everything fully. Nectarine Tart 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients 6 Nectarines (hard) Maple syrup 1 Tbsp Butter For Tart (2 crust): 2.5 Cup flour Pinch of salt 4 Tbsp sugar Butter (0.5 Ib. / 225 gr.) 1 Tbsp vinegar 4 Tbsp water ❂ Cooking process ⁃ Place flour, a pinch of salt and sugar into a bowl of food processor, mix, then add cold butter and beat until coarse crumbs form. Then add water and vinegar and mix everything until smooth. Roll the dough into a thick sheet, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 40 minutes. ⁃ After 40 minutes, remove the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. ⁃ Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle. With a knife, cut out the dough edge of your tart pan (9,5 inch). ⁃ Pierce all the dough with a fork. ⁃ Slice the nectarines on a 2-2.5mm thick mandolin and cut in half. ⁃ Pre-heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a rack in the middle. ⁃ Arrange the nectarines in a circle. Melt the 1 Tbsp of butter and brush it onto the nectarines. ⁃ Bake the tart for 30 minutes or until the crust edges are dark brown and the nectarines look slightly caramelized. I present a s'more ganache cake with a chocolate tart base, silky milk and dark chocolate ganache, salted fudge caramel, and toasted marshmallow (recipe below). Notes: It is nicely balanced between all textures. It must be shared and consumed quickly once the marshmallow topping is added. It would be excellent for afternoon tea and served with cream or ice cream. Takeaway: This is a remake of my first viral video a few years ago. So, it was fun recreating it and making it slightly different with some added steps. Have you seen the original? Exhibit C - Rose Praline Tart. #tart #chocolate #praline #mousse #cake Here, we have a praline mousse tart with a coffee sponge centre. While quite classic, I liked the sponge cake centre. It adds a nice texture and flavour to the cake. The sponge cake was doused in a coffee and nut liquor mixture. Taste 8.5/10 Visuals 7.5/10 The visuals could have been better. The room was a bit too hot, which made it tricky for the red velvet cocoa butter to stop melting. The roses were lovely, but some could have been better executed. The mirror glaze could have also been a touch more red. Overall, classy and beautiful. Recipe? I will post the full recipe on my site. Unfortunately, I don't have enough space to describe everything fully. That said, the base of the mouse recipe is here below: Part 1 (Praline Base): - 120g praline - 67g cornflakes - 67g milk chocolate Part 2 (Milk Chocolate Mousse): - 110g heavy cream - 110g milk - 2 egg yolks - 2.5 sheets - 300g milk chocolate - 300g heavy cream

Nectarine Tart 📕Recipe here: ❂ Ingredients 6 Nectarines (hard) Maple syrup 1 Tbsp Butter For Tart (2 crust): 2.5 Cup flour Pinch of salt 4 Tbsp sugar Butter (0.5 Ib. / 225 gr.) 1 Tbsp vinegar 4 Tbsp water ❂ Cooking process ⁃ Place flour, a pinch of salt and sugar into a bowl of food processor, mix, then add cold butter and beat until coarse crumbs form. Then add water and vinegar and mix everything until smooth. Roll the dough into a thick sheet, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 40 minutes. ⁃ After 40 minutes, remove the dough and let it rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. ⁃ Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle. With a knife, cut out the dough edge of your tart pan (9,5 inch). ⁃ Pierce all the dough with a fork. ⁃ Slice the nectarines on a 2-2.5mm thick mandolin and cut in half. ⁃ Pre-heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a rack in the middle. ⁃ Arrange the nectarines in a circle. Melt the 1 Tbsp of butter and brush it onto the nectarines. ⁃ Bake the tart for 30 minutes or until the crust edges are dark brown and the nectarines look slightly caramelized. Let cool 2-3 minutes and transfer onto a cooling rack.  ⁃ Top with maple syrup and enjoy!❤️ #tart #tartatatin #nectarine #easybaking #easyrecipes #cookingart

MANGO TART 🥭🤍🥥 تارت المانجو #fypシ #mango #tart -(مقاس قاعدة التارت المستخدمة: قطر 20cm) •التارت: 100 جرام زبدة في حرارة الغرفة 70 جرام سكر بودرة رشة ملح 20 جرام دقيق اللوز 1 بيض (40 جرام) 200 جرام دقيق للتحضير: نخلط الزبدة والسكر البودرة والملح، ثم دقيق اللوز ثم البيض. وأخيرًا الدقيق ونخلط حتى تختفي المكونات الجافة وتصبح العجينة متماسكة. تبرّد في الثلاجة قبل الفرد والتشكيل. يُخبز التارت على حرارة ١٧٠ درجة مئوية لمدة ١٠-١٥ دقيقة. ••كريمة اللوز وجوز الهند: 50 جرام زبدة في حرارة الغرفة 50 جرام سكر 50 جرام بيض = حبة واحدة 50 جرام دقيق اللوز 10 جرام جوز الهند 5 جرام دقيق ابيض عادي للتحضير: نخلط الزبدة والسكر، نضيف البيض ونخلط، أخر شي اللوز وجوز الهند والدقيق نمزجهم جيدًا ونبرّده ساعه في الثلاجه. نضيفه على التارت المخبوز مع قطع فراوله ونخبز كريمة اللوز مره ثانيه على حرارة 160 درجة مئوية لمدة 15-20 دقيقة. ••• جل المانجو بالفانيلا🥭: 200 جرام هريس المانجو 30 جرام سكر 2 جرام بكتين NH نصف عود فانيلا للتحضير: نسخن هريس المانجو مع الفانيلا. نخلط السكر مع البكتين ونضيفه للمانجو ونحرك حتى الغليان، يبرّد في الثلاجه حتى يتماسك. •••• كريمة الجاناش المخفوقة: 220 جرام كريمة خفق 35% دسم شركة نادك 5 جرام معجون فانيلا 50 جرام شوكلاتة بيضاء 12 جرام كتلة جيلاتين ( 3 جرام بودرة جيلاتين مذوبه في 15 جرام ماء دافئ) للتحضير: ناخذ نصف كمية الكريمة 110 جرام ونسخنها مع الفانيلا مجرد ما يغلي نرفعه من النار ونضيفه للشوكلاته البيضاء ونمزجهم نضيف الجيلاتين ونخلط واخيرًا الكمية المتبقية من الكريمة ونتركه يبرد لمدة ساعة في الفريزر او ٣ ساعات بالثلاجه الى ان تتماسك، قبل اضافته للتارت نخفقه لمدة ٤ - ٥ دقيقة. وبالعافية 🤍💛🥭
