All you need is: - 2 cloves of garlic - 1/2 tsp ginger - 1/2 onion - 1 serving of minced beef - Salt and pepper - Cabbage & spring onions - Sauce is just: dark and light soy sauce, gochucaru or u can use regular chilli flakes, a bit of honey and a tiny splash of Chinese black vinegar! Sauté the ginger and onion in a bit of oil, add in the onions and and minced beef and fully cook through on a high heat, u want it to get slightly crispy! Season with salt and pepper and add in the cabbage and spring onions, or any veg you have! Sauté and add in the cooked udon and the sauces, add a tiny splash of water to make it more saucy if needed!
