Day 47 of culinary school! 👩🏽🍳 - this was a busy busy day! we were making partridges today which is one the last game things we make i believe! it went really well and I felt super organized for how many components they were, but unfortunately, my salt levels were slightly too high in all the components, which always makes me so sad as i really pride myself on my seasoning! it usually happens when i overthink and start adjusting wayyyy too much LOL- trust me, the vlogs coming this week are not my best showing- i had such a bad week for some reason. it’s been a while NOW since the week im about to be posting but i was fuminggggg the whole week LOL! - for our afternoon demos we delved into french pastry and pate sucree, which is much different than short crust and IMO, a lot harder to make. the technique is different but i’m excited to give it a try! that was day 47, stay tuned for day 48! #lailaspantry #culinaryschool #cookingvlog #cookdinnerwithus #leithsdiplomalife #schoolvlog #dayinthelife #partridge #madeleins #frenchpastry #patesucree #americaninlondon
