GAME CHANGER.🤯 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Recipe For 6x6 square pan: 4 tbsp (56g) salted butter 8oz (226g) marshmallow - 34-35 pieces 2-3 cups (60-80g) Rice Krispies cereal * use 2 cups for extra gooey, * use 3 cups for more crunchy pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter) For 8x8 square pan: 4 tbsp (56g) butter 10.5oz marshmallows (297g) 5 cups cereal (213g) pinch of salt Classic 9x13 pan: 4 tbsp (56g) butter 10.5oz (297g) marshmallow 6 cups (160g) cereal pinch of salt Instructions 1. If you do not have a blowtorch, heat oven to broil. Be sure to use an oven-safe large pan. Grease your square or 9x13 pan, line with parchment paper, and set aside. 2. Melt and brown butter on med-low heat. Be sure not to leave the stove - butter can burn very quickly. 3. Once you start to see amber specks at the bottom, turn off the heat immediately. Add your marshmallows. Torch or broil for a few mins. 4. Bring pan back to the stove on med heat. Allow marshmallows to start melting until they've softened. 5. Add cereal to pan and turn off the heat. Coat evenly using a rubber spatula. 6. Transfer cereal to prepared grease lined pan. Press down firmly and evenly, but do not apply too much pressure as to flatten them. 7. Let treats cool to room temp if you have the willpower.
