A Wendy's Pumpkin Frosty contains 64g of sugar (that's just for a medium!) and 72g of carbs.....but that's the least of your worries. It also contains FD&C Yellow #5, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #1, corn syrup, carrageenan, + many other ingredients I don't have time to mention or explain.... So I'm here to give you a version that not only does NOT contain those ingredients, but is also: - Low carb - Contains <2g of sugar - Keto friendly - Paleo friendly - Vegan friendly - High in protein FOLLOW 👉🏼 me on IG to know what's really in your food! Ingredients: 1/2 c thick greek yogurt (or vegan alt.) 1 c steamed then frozen cauliflower 1 c cooked then frozen pumpkin cinnamon or pps to taste protein powder of choice Method: Add yogurt at the bottom of the blender, then add cauli and pumpkin. Blend until consistency is shown, then add protein powder, break up the contents, and continue blending, gradually increasing speed from low to high (do not start at the highest speed - this is key!).
