Havr you ever made beed tenderloin? It’s SO EASY! Makes 8 servings 4 lbs beef tenderloin, fat removed and ties two inches apart 3 tb kosher salt, divided 1/2 cup olive oil 6 cloves garlic, mashed 3 tb fresh rosemary, finely chopped 2 tb fresh thyme, finely chopped 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground black pepper Preheat oven to 275F. Rub 2 tb of the salt all over the beef tenderloin and set aside. Make the marinate by mixing together the olive oil, mashed garlic, chopped rosemary and thyme, onion powder, black pepper and remaining salt. Mix together well and rub the marinade all over the meat. Place it on a foil lined baking sheet. Insert meat thermometer, if using and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 130 F for rare, about 50 minutes. For medium rare, 135-140, about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove meat from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
