CHICKEN SOUP IT IS 🔥🔥 Stock: - chicken bones/chicken carcasses in the oven for 20-40 mins, get them brown - then stick in a pot with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, peppercorns - around 2-3 litres of water and simmer that for at least 4 hours but longer = more flavour Dumplings (i well overworked mine and needed a little more milk) - mix into more of a wet dough than i did!! - 150g flour - mixed herbs - parmesan - milk Soup: - drain the stock - add back veggies, garlic & more chicken - add some parsley, salt & pepper - then add noodles & your dumplings for 5 mins Serve & ENJOY #chickensouprecipe #chickenbroth
