10-Minute Chopsuey Recipe 🥗 Our speedy Chopsuey: veggies, chicken,magic! Ready in 10 minutes. A taste of home, so easy to make. Ingredients: - 2 heads Broccoli - 1/2 head Cauliflower - 1 med Onion - 1 Bulb Garlic - 150g Chicken - 50g Chicken Liver - 50g Gizzard - 1 piece Carrot - 2 pieces Chayote - 200g Young Corn - 1 can Button Mushroom - 2 Red & Green Bell Peppers - 200g Snow Peas Seasoning: - Salt & Pepper - Soy Sauce - Oyster Sauce - Thick Soy Sauce (optional) Instructions: 1. Boil water and blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute. Drain and set aside. 2. In a pan, add oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. 3. Add chicken, liver, and gizzard. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until slightly browned. 4. Add carrots, chayote, and young corn. Season with more salt and pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes. 5. Add button mushroom and some broth from the blanched broccoli. Mix and cover for 2 minutes. 6. Add bell pepper, blanched broccoli, and cauliflower. Season with oyster sauce, thick soy sauce, and normal soy sauce. Mix and cover for 1 minute. 7. Pour the slurry (2 tablespoons Cornstarch with 1/4 cup Water). Mix. 8. Drizzle with sesame oil.
