Homemade Bailey’s is easier to make than you think and it makes great Christmas presents #baileys #homemadebaileys #irishwhisky #christmasfood #christmaspresents #presentideas #thermomixrecipes Thermomix Recipe: 200g milk chocolate 400g can condensed milk 2 x 375ml cans of evaporated milk 300ml heavy cream 1 tbls instant coffee 3 tbls boiling water 700ml bottle of scotch, it doesn’t need to be an expensive one. Method: Place chocolate into thermomix and blitz for 10 seconds, speed 9, scrape down and repeat. Melt chocolate for 5 minutes, 50°C, speed 1. Scrape down and repeat. Add whole can of condensed milk, mix on speed 5 for 1 minute. Add both cans of evaporated milk speed 4 for 1 minute. Add cream and coffee (dissolved in boiling water). Mix speed 2 for 30 seconds. Pour into a very large bowl and then add the 700ml of scotch, mix well pour into bottles. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months. You can add less scotch if you don’t want it too strong.
