peri chicken & halloumi folded wrap 🌯 a quick and easy recipe for 450 calories and 45g protein 🤤 Hit SAVE for your next easy recipe 📌 Ingredients (serves 1): 100g chicken breast Tsp smoked paprika Tsp oregano 40g reduced fat halloumi 20g nandos sauce Tortill wrap - I used my deli carb lite. Handful of shredded lettuce 20g garlic perinaise 10g chilli jam 💗 Season the chicken with the smoked paprika and oregano. Rub in throughly before baking in the oven for 15 minutes on 185 degrees celsius(fan assisted) 💗Slice the halloumi and pan fry. 💗Shred the chicken using two forks. Pour over the nandos sauce and toss to combine. 💗Lightly warm the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds. Make a slice half way down the middle, add the lettuce, shredded chicken, perinaise, halloumi before drizzling on some chilli jam. 💗Fold over each quarter, pan fry until golden on both sides.
