Ingredients: * 200 gr cream cheese, softened * 400ml heavy cream * 50gr granulated sugar (if the heavy cream is unsweetened) * Vanilla * Zest of 1 lemon (optional) * digestive biscuits, crushed * Melted butter * Fresh fruits or fruit preserves for toppings Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. 2. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and lemon zest (if using) to the bowl. Beat until well combined and fluffy. You can use an electric mixer or whisk it by hand. 3. Take small glass or plastic cups, and begin assembling the verrines. Start with a layer of crushed digestive biscuits mixed with melted butter at the bottom of each cup. 4. Next, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs. You can use a piping bag or spoon to distribute it evenly. 5. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the cheesecake sets and becomes firm. 6.
