Crispy honey-bbq chicken flatbread 😮💨 #healthyrecipes #honeybbqchicken #fyp #foryou Macros 475 calories each 52gP / 9gF / 45gC Serves: 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 2 chicken breasts - 2 tsp smoked paprika - Salt & pepper - 1 egg - 30g cornflakes - 2 tsp bbq seasoning (I’ve tried it without and still tastes great!!) - 3 tbsp bbq sauce - 1 tsp honey - 40g reduced-fat mozzarella - 2x folded flatbread (I used Deli Kitchen) - Lettuce, cherry toms & red onion Optional: mayonnaise Method Mix the bbq sauce and honey together and set aside. Butterfly the chicken breasts then slice all the way through. Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Sprinkle the cornflakes with bbq seasoning and mix well. Dip the chicken into whisked egg then crushed cornflakes. Place in the air fryer, spray with low calorie spray, flip then spray again and cook on 190C for 10 mins, spread over the bbq sauce on all sides, then the cheese on top. Place back in the air fryer and cook for a further 2-4 mins until cooked. Place the salad in the flatbreads, then add the crispy chicken and enjoy!
