Here'es what you'll need: - 1 box of Chickapea Shells - 1 1/2 cups of broccoli florets, chopped - 1/2 a red onion, thinly sliced - 1 cup of grape tomatoes, halved - 2 cloves minced garlic - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - 1 1/4 cups of marinara sauce - 2 1/2 cups of water - salt, pepper and chili flakes to taste 1. Add everything into a pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and let cook for about 10 minutes.
