So if you’re on a stationary bike or even an elliptical and you’re not using your arms, the watch does not track those steps. So to keep a more accurate track of your activity, put your watch on your ankle when doing this type of cardio. Oh, and if it won’t fit around your ankle, you can get a watch band extender for that. 🤗 And by the way, our watches are not 100% accurate anyway, and don’t eat those calories “burned” back lol.
