No-Churn Caramel Apple Crisp Ice Cream!!! ✨✨ (Recipe Below) Ingredients: Sautéed Apples 2 Honeycrisp apples, peeled & diced 2 tbsp salted butter 1/4 cup light brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon Ice Cream 2 cups heavy cream 14 oz condensed milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 5 graham crackers, separated Caramel drizzle Instructions: First add the diced apples, butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon to a pan on the stove over low-medium heat. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until the apples are softened and the sauce thickened. Remove from the heat and let cool. Next add the heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sauteed apples, and 3 crushed graham cracker sheets. Gently combine, do not overmix. Next transfer the ice cream to a loaf pan. Pour about half of the ice cream mixture into the pan. Then add 1 crushed graham cracker sheet and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat the process and add the remaining half of the ice cream mixture on top. Then finally another crushed graham cracker sheet and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Cover the ice cream with aluminum foil and place in the freezer. Freeze for 4-5 hours, until completely solid and firm. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let thaw for a couple of minutes.
