Salmon with a Creamy Tomato Herbed Orzo ✨ Happy MLK day my loves!! I made this dinner last week because I had a salmon fillet and some wilted greens that were about to go bad & it turned out great! Recipe: Ingredients- Salmon fillet (cubed) 3 tbsp orzo 1/3 cup chicken broth Handful of spinach Handful of cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil Oregano to liking Garlic powder to liking Onion powder to liking Salt/pepper to liking Boursin or herbed cream cheese to liking Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (can have separation sections or not), add the salmon, spinach, tomatoes, & orzo. Then add the olive oil & seasonings to liking. Add the broth to the section with the orzo. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Cover with parchment paper or tin foil & bake for 25 minutes, taking out halfway & storing the orzo. 3. Once done cooking, take out & add either Boursin or herbed cream cheese to the orzo. Mix until well combined. 4. Enjoy! #food #foodtiktok
