Shoutout @Chris Joe for the recipe inspo 🙌 Full recipe ⬇️ Ingredients ½ lb elbow macaroni 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 ¼ cup mayo (reserve ¼ cup for after refrigerating) ¼ cup onion finely grated ¼ cup carrot finely grated 2 green onions, chopped 1/8 tsp white pepper ½ tsp kosher salt, to taste ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper, to taste Instructions 1. Cook macaroni inn salted boiling water 3-4 minutes past the box instructions for al dente. 2. Drain macaroni and let cool. 3. Once macaroni is cooled, add apple cider vinegar and mix into pasta to absorb. 4. Add mayo, onion, carrot, green onion, black pepper, white pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly. 5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until chilled. 6. Add reserved mayo to the pasta, or enough to achieve your desired consistency.
