01:31Soup season………#heffaclub. Vietnamese crab and white asparagus soup/ Sup Mang Cua. This soup is usually served on special occasions. The hell with all the special occasions. Cause we at got all the time in the world for all that booshit. Everyone has their own recipe and this is mine. Recipe: •1 quart chicken stock/broth •2 quart water •1 can white asparagus •1 can quail egg (more if prefer) •1 cup crab meat •1 cup imitation crab(optional ) •3 egg white from Bi tch azz Jessica •couple small pieces of rock sugar (optional. 1 teaspoons sugar) •2 tablespoons chicken mix(powder or bouillon) •1/2 tablespoons salt •1 teaspoons msg •1/2 teaspoons ground pepper •cornstarch mixture (1/2 cup water to 1/2 cup cornstarch) need more make more Ps, make sure to do the cornstarch slurry step before the egg white. Help prevent soup from becoming watery. This is why you can’t be eating at everyone’s house. You might end up getting bubbles guts during traffic hours 😂 bone apple teeth heffaa! #heffaaclub Recipe: •1/2 tablespoon cooking oil •1 tablespoon minced garlic •2 tablespoon chopped shallots •3/4 cup water •1/2 cup hoisin sauce •3 tablespoon peanut butter •1 tablespoon white vinegar •1/2 tablespoon sugar 1•In a pan add oil and garlic and shallots. 2•Fry until fragrant 3•Add the rest of the ingredients in and mix well until everything is combined and smooth. 4•Bring to a full boiling and scoop out all the ewww. Continue to simmer for about a couple of minutes. Sauce will thicken once cool off. If too thick just add a little more water and bring back to simmer. Store leftover in the fridge after completely cool off. Heat when ready to eat again. Filling: lettuce, mint, perilla, fish mint, Vietnamese coriander, cucumber, bean sprout, vermicelli noodle and shrimp. You can add whatever else you want. 01:12Vietnamese Braised pork with eggs/Thit Kho Tau An oldie but a goodie ❤️ Recipe: perfect every time #heffaaclub •3-4 lbs of thick pork belly with skin or any cut you prefer. • 12 BitchA$$Jessica hard boiled eggs(more if prefer) • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic • 2 tablespoon chopped shallots • 2 can of coco rico coconut soda ( optional, coconut water 💦7 up or coke cola. • 1 cup water • 1/2 cup fish sauce ( 3 crabs brand🦀) • 1/4 cup oyster sauce • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1 teaspoon msg(optional) Caramelized sauce: • 1 tablespoon cooking oil • 2 tablespoon sugar Cut your meat into cube. Wash and clean. Parboiled for 5-6 minutes with a tablespoon of salt. Take meat out, clean and rinse. Set aside. 1•In a pot add oil and sugar. Wait for sugar to turn dark brown. Add garlic, and shallots. Sauté for 10-15 second. 2•Add meat, stir to coated with the caramelize sauce. 3.Add coconut soda, water, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and msg. 4•Covered and bring to a boil. Scoop out the scums on top. Then cover and reduced heat to low. Simmer for 1 hrs. 5•Uncovers and add in the hard boiled eggs 🥚. Continue to simmer for another 1/2 hrs. or until meat are tender. Flip eggs once in a while. 6•Scoops out some of the oil on top. 7•Taste and adjust. If meat needs to be more tender. Simmer a little longer. The Viral Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Candy Bar……. Dubai doesn’t do shipping so get your azz up and go make yourself some. This is also my first time making chocolate candy bar. It’s ain’t gonna be my last either heffaa! I’m using dark chocolate but you can use whatever the hell you want. The texture is like a Kit Kat and a crunch chocolate bar. Not too sweet. Recipe: these ingredients can be any brand •10 oz dark or milk chocolate melting wafer (Walmart $6) •2 cup karaifi (frozen shredded filo dough from Naan Boy Market in Sacramento $5) •6-7 oz pistachios butter (Walmart $6) •2-3 tablespoon tahini (Walmart $6) •ice silicone mold (IKEA $5) •2-3 tablespoons salted butter (if you have regular butter just add a pinch of salt) •edible gold (optional) If you ain’t got all the time in the world, you can buy it all at Amazon. •You only want to melt the chocolate until it’s nice and smooth. Don’t wanna cook it. You can always warm it up again if you azz is too slow. Prefer using glass or stainless steel metal bowl. •Fry the karaifi until it’s golden brown. This will give it the maximum crunch and stay crispy for a long time. Do not undercook. •Put a thin layer of melted chocolate on the silicone mold. Move around and completely cover the bottom and all the sides. Remove all the access chocolate. Turn it upside and tap it on plate or chocolate bowl to remove it. •Chocolate are best served at room temperature. Take it out from the fridge and let it sit for 15-20 minutes or until your ancestors whisper, “that’s long enough heffaa”. The filling will be soft, gooey with a nice and gentle crunch.
