I’ve tried everything… and I mean EVERYTHING on my KP. I noticed mine is especially worse during pregnancy and after delivery (hormonal related). Some people may find other triggers make it worse, like eating gluten. The only thing that actually helps keep the bumps at bay for me is this scrub by @First Aid Beauty be sure to moisturize with a good moisture after (I use amlactin with lactic acid).
