I personally did not like taking these, my anxiety hightened and since stopping I’ve actually not felt much anxiety. I do here and there but not anywhere near as much as I did while on them, it does say some can have increased anxiety and I was some. I’ve linked it so you can try it if you want to but personally, I will stick to my gummies.

I try and wash my hair once a week otherwise it takes too much of my time especially because I am very slow at everything, I wish there was a button I could press to get loads of different hair styles
