🦃 The holidays are just around the corner! Let’s create these delicious, quick, and easy Garlic, Sage, and Cheddar Crescent Rolls, perfect for a holiday appetizer. Ingredients: 3 cloves of garlic 4 to 5 sage sprigs 1 tablespoon shredded white cheddar 4 to 6 tablespoons softened butter 1 package of crescent sheets (such as Jus Rol) 🤶🏾 Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Finely chop the garlic cloves and sage. In a small bowl, combine the chopped garlic and sage with the softened butter. Roll out the crescent sheets and spread the compound butter mixture evenly over them. Save some of the butter to use on top later. Sprinkle the shredded white cheddar cheese on the buttered crescent sheets, and then roll the dough up horizontally. Slice the rolled dough in half lengthwise. Twist each half and place them into a muffin or cupcake pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 11 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. These Apple Butter Pop-Tarts are an easy & delicious fall treat to try out this season. Here is what you need to make these at home: 🧸 Ingredients: Pop-tart: 1/2 cup Apple Butter 2 sheets of Pie Crust (Homemade or store-bought) Egg Wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp of water) Icing: 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp heavy cream Recipe: Preheat your oven to 325F Cut your pie crust into eight equal rectangles. Fill the middle of four pie crust rectangles with a spoonful of apple butter and brush the edges with egg wash. For the remaining rectangles, poke small holes using a small straw or fork, then place these rectangles on top of the others. Crimp the sides using a fork; if some apple butter spills out, wipe the sides with a paper towel. Bake at 325F for about 30 to 40 minutes. While baking, prepare your icing by combining your powdered sugar, maple syrup & heavy cream. This recipe is perfect for serving 2 people, making it an ideal choice for a cozy dinner or lunch for two. Here is what you need to try this at home: 4-6 Golden potatoes or 2 Russet Potatoes 1 leek (white & green part) 2 cups of chicken stock 1/4 cup of heavy cream or plant cream 1/2 of a shallot 1 garlic clove 3 sprigs of thyme 2 bay leaves 1 tbsp of butter 1 tbsp of olive oil Seasonings: Salt & pepper to taste or 1 tbsp of garlic & herb seasoning Top with Chives, bacon & croutons Skin and dice your potatoes and set aside for later. Chop up your garlic clove, half a shallot, and the white & green of the leek (bottom of the leek, thoroughly clean). In a Dutch oven, sautee your leeks, shallots, and garlic in butter and olive oil until fragrant. Once fragrant, add your chicken stock, seasonings, and potatoes and boil until your potatoes are fork tender. Once fork tender, add your heavy cream and immersion blend until silky smooth. 00:11🥕 Let’s make an Easter Dinner. Welcome back to my Kitchen Corner series, where I try out new recipes from my Kitchen Corner. I’ve gotten a few requests on what I would make for Easter, so this week, I am doing all things Easter; first up, this Easter dinner spread. 🍷 In this spread, we have: Roasted Carrots Garlic Herb Lamb Chomps with Asparagus Hasselback Potatoes Lemon bars Here’s what you need to make this at home: For the roasted veggies, it is simple. Prep your veggies of choice—I chose carrots and asparagus—place them on a baking sheet, drizzle some olive oil with salt and pepper, and then bake in the oven at 425 for about 15 to 25 minutes. Once done, you can glaze your carrots with some honey sauce, serve your asparagus with the lamb chops, and enjoy! For the Lamb chops, marinate them in chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme, salt, and olive oil for about 2 hours. Cook them in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side, basting in butter, garlic, and rosemary while cooking. Once done, enjoy them like this or with a brown sugar glaze. For the Hasselback potatoes, place your potato in between 2 chopsticks to guide as a stopping ground when cutting thin strips along the potato. Then, place your compounded butter (recipe on my website) in between those strips. Bake at 450 for about 45 to 60 minutes. 🤍 Pair this with a dessert of your choice; I chose lemon bars & enjoy! This soup was delicious; here's what you need to make this at home: 1 chopped yellow onion 1/2 cup of chopped carrots 3 chopped celery sticks 3 chopped garlic cloves 1/3 all-purpose flour 1/4 stick of unsalted butter 1/2 parmesan ring 16 oz of potato gnocchi 2 tbsp of olive oil 1/2 juice of lemon 32 oz chicken stock 2 chopped chicken breasts (cooked & seasoned beforehand) 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream or coconut milk Spices: 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder 1/2 tbsp of onion powder 1/2 tbsp of nutmeg 1/2 tbsp of thyme 1/2 tbsp of Marrodgan 1/2 tbsp of Dried Rosemary 1 tsp of smoked paprika black pepper & salt to taste 🖤 Top with Parmesan and enjoy! #soup #recipes #chickengnocchisoup #dinner #dinnerrecipes #food #recipe

Thank you to everyone who has sent in suggestions; I got many requests for burgers, fries, and sandwiches, so in today's episode of "We Have Food at Home," we have Turkey Burgers & Truffle Fries. Growing up, my parents would make turkey burgers and oven-baked fries whenever we would be in the mood for a McDonald's or Cookout. So here's a homage to one of my favorite childhood meals. 👩🏾🍳 Here's what you need to make this at home: Ground turkey 1 Egg 1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs Chopped parsley Grated Half Yellow Onion Crushed Garlic 1/2 tbsp of cumin (This makes about six burgers) 🍟 For the fries: Slice up three russet potatoes Place in ice bath for at least 30 mins Drizzle with oil & salt Bake at 425 for 30 to 45 minutes, flipping occasionally Once done, drizzle with truffle oil and top with parmesan and parsley.
