Avena trasnochada (fria) sabor a cheesecake de churro 😋❤️ Ingredientes/Ingredients ⬇️ •1/2 taza de avena a la antigua •1 cucharada chías •1 cucharada de pudín cheesecake zero azucar •Pizca de canela •1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla •1 cucharada de agave o miel (Opcional dependiendo del nivel de dulzura) •2 cucharadas de yogur griego con proteína de vainilla •1 taza de leche de almendra sabor a vainilla TOPPINGS: •Fresas picadas •Pizca de canela con azucar •leche consensada (opcional, pueden omitir para reducir el nivel de azucar) La avena trasnochada es uno de mis desayunos favoritos por que son muy prácticos y te los puedes llevar cuando estas de prisa. Lo que hace esta avena mas especial son los frascos de vidrio que vienen con su cuchara y un compartimento para apartar los toppings. De esta manera no se aguadan. Les doy un 10/10 a los frascos.
