These games are very educational. They’re not stimulating like Cocomelon and other games where there is a lot of flashing colours. If your child ever swallows a battery, here is exactly what you should do, and what steps you should take: *Don't delay. Take them straight to A&E or call 999 for an ambulance. * Tell the doctor you think your child has swallowed a button battery. * If you have the battery packaging or the product the battery came out of, take it with you. * Don't let them eat or drink and don't make them sick It is really important to trust your instincts and act fast if you if you suspect your child has swallowed a button battery, taking them to A&E or dialling 999 for an ambulance. One thing specific to button battery ingestion is vomiting fresh (bright red) blood. If the child does this then seek immediate medical help. Unfortunately it is not obvious when a button battery is stuck in a child's food pipe. There are no specific symptoms associated with this. The child may: • cough, gag or drool a lot • appear to have a stomach upset or a virus • be sick • point to their throat or tummy • have a pain in their tummy, chest or throat • be tired or lethargic • be quieter or more clingy than usual or otherwise 'not themselves' • lose their appetite or have a reduced appetite • not want to eat solid food / be unable to eat solid food. Today’s day two of packing to move 200 miles away and today, we’re tackling my wardrobe, I want to get rid of all of the clothes that I don’t wear. Today is day, one of decluttering our house and getting it ready for when we move 200 miles away (I accidentally said 300 in the video) today’s job was to tackle the attic, as that is where I have stored a Alaylas pushchair, changing my old baby clothes, and everything Baby related . We are taking everything to my grandparents house and string it in their attic, as they will have a lot more space than we do when we move keeping everything is something that I wasn’t sure about. However it is the right decision as we do want another baby in 2 to 4 years time, and this will just save us a ton of money . Although this past few weeks have been quite challenging, I’m so lucky to have amazing friends and some family which always make me in a better mood and make me realise what’s important , as Mums we can’t really have a bad day. We still have to get up in the morning and still be mums and I think that’s what’s making it even harder as I can’t just mope around and feel sorry for myself. I do need to still get up each morning , be a mum and take care of another human , but I think it’s time I change my perspective that I start being the best version of myself and I also think that it’s normal to feel like this.
