easy homemade mozzarella cheese recipe 🇮🇹 (2 Ingredients) *Real mozzarella uses rennet this recipe is just a quick “mozzarella hack” Ingredients 2 liter whole milk 7tbsp (93g) white vinegar Salt Recipe: 1. Heat milk in a pot to 115F and remove from heat. 2. Add vinegar and stir to combine. Then cover the pot with a lid for about 10-15 min. 3. Remove cheese curds from the liquid whey using a strainer or cheese cloth. 4. Shape cheese curds into a ball while squeezing out as much liquid as possible. 5. Warm up the mozzarella ball for about 20-30 seconds in a microwave. 6. Stretch and pull the mozzarella repeatedly until you reach a smooth texture. 7.
