My famous Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup🍲♥️ #chickennoodlesoup #soup #recipe #cooking #cozy Thank you so much to everyone who has made this!!! I’ve updated the recipe a little bit so here it is🥰 In a large pot on medium heat with a little oil, lightly brown 6 bone in chicken thighs on both sides. Set the chicken aside, remove the skins, and add the skins back into the pot to make them extra crispy. Then set them aside to use later. Then in the same pot add: -2 cups of sliced celery -2 cups of sliced carrots -1 large diced onion Cook until the onions run clear then add: -5 cloves of minced garlic -1 tablespoon of fresh thyme -1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary -8 cups of chicken stock -the chicken thighs -season to taste with chicken bouillon powder, and salt & pepper Bring it to a boil, then turn the heat down to medium low, and cook covered for 30 minutes. Then remove the chicken, turn the heat back up to medium, and add in 3 cups of diced potatoes. Then cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender. Then add: -1 cup of heavy whipping cream -2 cups of dry noodles -your deboned and shredded chicken thighs Cook until the noodles are al dente. When serving, top with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese. Then crumble up your crispy chicken skins, season them with lemon pepper, and add them on top as well. (I learned this trick from @Chuck Cruz & @Hailee Catalano and it’s such a game changer!!) Enjoy💜
01:23French Dip Sandwich🥖🥩 #recipe #food #cooking #sandwich #frenchdip #dinnerideas In a slow cooker add: -1 medium onion (roughly chopped) -11 cloves of garlic -4 sprigs of rosemary -1 cup of red wine -2 cups of beef stock -2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce -2 tablespoons of soy sauce Then get a 3 to 4 pound Chuck Roast, pat it dry with a paper towel, season it with some salt, and brown it (on all sides) in a pan on medium heat. Then add it into your slow cooker and season generously on both sides with: -beef bouillon powder -salt and pepper -granulated garlic Cook on low 8 hours. While it’s cooking, you’re going to make some caramelized onions by adding 5 tablespoons of butter to a pan on medium-low along with 5 medium onions cut into half moons. Cook them for about 1 hour stirring frequently, and season them with salt and pepper. Once the beef is done, separate it from the liquid and shred it all up in a bowl. Then stir in the caramelized onions. Then strain all of the juice from your slow cooker and set it aside (this is the Au Jus that you’ll be dipping the sandwich in) Lastly, in a bowl make a quick spread by combining: -1/2 cup of mayo -3 tablespoons of cream style horseradish -salt and pepper to taste Then you’re going to get a large French Baguette, and cut it down the middle (like you would cut a sub sandwich) Add on the spread, then add the beef, top it with Swiss cheese, then close and cover it tightly with foil. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Then cut it into small sandwiches and serve them straight out of the oven with the delicious Au Jus on the side. Enjoy💜
01:29Buffalo Chicken Tender Sub🧡🥖 #sandwich #buffalochicken #recipe Add flour to a plate and season it generously with whatever ever you’d like. I used: -smoked paprika -chicken bouillon powder -adobo -and sazon Then add Italian breadcrumbs to another plate and season with the same seasonings. Then get some chicken tenders and coat them in the flour, whisked eggs, and pack on the breadcrumbs. Fry them on medium heat until golden brown and let them rest on a cooling rack. Then get your favorite sub bread, (if you live near a Publix, you can buy Pub Sub bread, you just have to ask for it at the deli counter.) Then melt some butter in the microwave and add in: -dry parsley -minced garlic -Sazon -smoked paprika -adobo -and cayenne pepper if you want some spice Add your preferred cheese to the bread (I like using Muenster) and then brush the butter on top of the bread and on the inside. Then warm your bread in the oven at 350 degrees for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. While it’s in the oven, chop up your chicken tenders and toss them in buffalo sauce (I used about 5 tenders for this recipe) Then chop up some romaine lettuce and toss it in either ranch or blue cheese dressing. Once your bread is warmed, add in the chicken and top it off with the salad. And you can also add any other additional toppings you prefer. Enjoy💜

Then in large pot on medium heat with oil, brown them on both sides and then set them aside. Then in that same pot, add: -2 tablespoons of olive oil -2 cups of diced onion -1 cup of diced carrots -1 cup of diced celery -2 tablespoons of minced garlic Cook until the onions are soft and then add: -1/2 cup of dry white wine -5 cups of chicken stock -5 cups of beef stock Turn the heat up to medium high and then season with chicken bouillon powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Once the soup comes to boil, add 1 cup of Acini di Pepe (you can also use other small pastas such as: Ditalini, Orzo, and Pastina) Then add in your meatballs, and cook until the pasta is al dente. Turn off the heat, and add in about half of an 8 ounce bag of fresh spinach (roughly chopped.) Serve immediately after adding the spinach and top it off with some Parmesan cheese. Enjoy💜

Cut it into 2.5 inch pieces. Brown them on all sides and then set aside. Then get a can of crescent rolls, and cut each triangle in half (down the middle) Once your sausage has cooled, place a piece on the larger end of the crescent dough and roll it up. Add them all to baking sheet (lined with foil and sprayed with oil) and bake them at 350 degrees for 11 to 14 minutes (or until they’re golden brown) Then melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave and once it’s cooled, add in: -1 tablespoon of olive oil -1 tablespoon of garlic powder -1 tablespoon of oregano -1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese -2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley -salt and pepper to taste Mix it all up, then brush it on to your Pigs in a Blanket, and warm them in the oven for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Serving these with sauces really makes this recipe. I like to serve them with Marinara, Alfredo, and Vodka sauce. Enjoy💜

Immediately turn off the heat and then add: -2 whisked eggs yolks -your buffalo chicken Fold it in until it’s well combined. Then add everything into a bowl and once it’s completely cooled, fold in 8 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese. Then whisk some eggs in one bowl, and in another bowl add seasoned breadcrumbs with some Sazon. Rub some oil on to your hands (this will prevent the dough from sticking to them) Then scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the dough, roll it into a ball, and then roll it into a Croqueta. Dip them in the egg, and then pack on the breadcrumbs. Then fry them on medium heat in high heat oil until golden brown, letting them rest on a cooling rack. These are best served with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy💜

Then in a pan on medium heat with oil, brown them on all sides and set them aside. Then in the same pan add: -4 tablespoons of butter -and whisk in 1/4 cup of flour. Then whisking in between each ingredient, add: -1 tablespoon of minced garlic -1/4 cup of drained and rinsed capers -1 cup of Chardonnay -2 cups of chicken broth -1 cup of heavy whipping cream -season with chicken bouillon powder and salt & pepper Let this simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes then add: -the juice from 1 lemon -all of the meatballs Cook for another 5 minutes or so, (the sauce will thicken as it cooks and cools) I love to serve this with a pound of thin spaghetti (but you can also serve them over mashed potatoes.) Make sure to garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy💜
