Creamy Parmesan Italian sausage soup 👌🏼 This is by far one of my fav soups 😋 RECIPE👇🏻 • 1lb Italian sausage • 1/2 cup diced onion • 2 minced garlic cloves • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • 4 cups chicken broth • 1 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes • 8 ounces ditalini pasta • 8 ounces cream cheese • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan DIRECTIONS👇🏻 Brown sausage, drain grease and then add onion, salt, pepper & Italian seasoning. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant. Add tomatoes, broth, & pasta. Boil until pasta is al dente. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese(softened to room temp) & Parmesan.
