🧊🛀 Two things that always get asked are: “How cold should the water be?” & “How long should I stay in there?” … The best answer I can give is to always just find the sweet spots to SHOCK your body. Avoid getting used to and conditioned to the cold environments, but rather seek the shock factor. 🥶 Whether that’d be with the time you stay in there, the temperature of the water, the time of day you decide to do cold therapy, etc… ☝🏻👊🏼 You don’t need to be doing this every single day, but at least have it as part of your routine regularly and consistently.
