Oreo cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, but for over 1600 calories and 133 grams of sugar PER SLICE, I had to find a better alternative‼️ Steal this recipe that packs over 50g of protein, tastes OUT OF THIS WORLD, 1/3 the calories, and 1/4 the sugar compared to the other cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. Macros (WHOLE CHEESECAKE): 540 calories, 51g protein, 44g protein, 18g fat ✅Ingredients: - 5 oreo thins - Sugar-free chocolate syrup (I used Hersey’s) - 150g low-fat cottage cheese - 40g low-fat cream cheese - 3 tbsp fat-free milk - 1 Scoop of hulk milk vanilla protein Powder (Use code TRIZZLEMAN @alpha.lion to save on this protein) - 5g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix - 5g of zero calorie sweetener (monkfruit or Splenda, etc.) ✅directions -Grab a circular pan and spray with non stick spray -Crush 4 oreo thins and apply a thin layer over the circular pan as the crust - Pour sugar-free chocolate syrup over the crust -Place your Oreo crust in the freezer for 20-30 minutes so the crust hardens -While the crust is hardening, make your cheesecake filling by grabbing a blender -Add 150g low-fat cottage cheese, 3 tbsp fat-free milk, 1 scoop of vanilla protein, 5g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, 5g zero-calorie sweetener, 40g low-fat cream cheese and blend together - Grab your oreo crust out of the freezer and pour your cheesecake filling evenly over the crust - Place it back in the freeze for 20 minutes - Take it out of the freezer and top it with light whipped cream, and 2 crushed oreo thins - Enjoy!!!
