After having my last baby, I had extreme PPD, and I didnt start taking Zoloft till she was around 1 years old because I was breastfeeding ( i was just nervous to, not impying doctors didnβt recommend or unsafe, idk the facts ) But Iβve never been able to stay consistent with my medication. I have always been so wishy washy with it especially after REtaking it again in 2023- I would go days without picking it up from the pharmacy, and most days would miss taking them. I tried SO hard but sometimes went so long without, i didnt see the point to start again. I am so so happy to now have a consistent schedule with them and it has completely changed my life, for the better. Sometimes its hard for people to take the first step to taking medication (in this instance, Iβm referring to mental health) but I am proof that it makes you think the way you really should be thinking, and not those dark thoughts that take over your mind.. I love ALL of you guys and appreciate each and everyone of you ππ stay HAPPY! π ##cleaning##cleantok##cleaninghacks##cleaningtips##cleaningmotivation##cleaningasmr##cleaningtiktok ##homeimprovement##improvement##depression##mentalhealth##meantalhealthawareness##happy
