Scissors 📝 Directions 1. Hang tension rod at approximately chest height (this makes it easier to make). 2. Zip tie garland to tension rod and loosely wrap garlands around rod. 3. Fluff floral garlands and adjust as needed. 4. Tie pre-hung candles onto tension rod. Vary string lengths. 5. Raise garland to correct display height. 6.
