Tandoori Chicken: - 1 tandoori masala marinade - 1tbs ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs yogurt - 1 tbs oil - 1 tbs vinegar or lime juice Instructions: 1.combine and rub on chicken over night or 5 minutes 2.Roast in air fryer for 30 - minutes at 400 and let I rest in air fryer for 10 minutes. Biya Bari Gravy: - 1 tablespoons of ghee - 2 thinly sliced onions - 2 bay leaves, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves - 2 tablespoons of mustard oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chili powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons of graham masala - 1 teaspoon of salt - 1 tablespoons of plain yogurt - 1 1/2 tablespoons of ketchup - 1/4 cup of cashews in water for a paste - 2-3 green thai chilis - 1 1/2 cup of water or milk Instructions: 1. In a large pan, add the ghee and toast your bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves 2. Add your onions, the mustard seed oil, and salt till it’s golden brown. 3. In a blender, combine the onions, cashews, and green chilis 4. Once blended add it into the pan, add the yogurt, spices, ketchup and water till it slowly comes together. 5.
