HEALTHY CANDIED PECANS in the air fryer! 😋🤎 These are a staple in my pantry and are great for adding to salads! I use honey and coconut sugar so they are refined sugar free, and they are done in less than 10 minutes in the air fryer! What you need: - 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil - 1 cup pecans - 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 1 tbsp coconut sugar - 1/8 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp sea salt How to: - Take the bottom out of your air fryer. - Add the butter to the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 30 seconds or until the butter has melted. - Add the pecans and honey, and stir well until evenly coated. - Air fry at 400F for 3-4 minutes, shaking every minute until they lightly toast.
